Flexible Build Options to Meet Your Needs
When you’re ready to buy a home, there’s a lot to think about. We’re here to help you sort out your priorities so that you can make an informed decision that’s right for you.
With any Series home, you are provided with a New Home Orientation typically a week before Closing Day, where you’re introduced to your new home and are educated on the features and systems.
You also receive a 1-year Workmanship Warranty that includes a 90 Day and 11 Month warranty service, 2-year Mechanical Systems Warranty and a 10-year Structural Warranty all of which are through a third-party warranty company.

Designer Series
Do you love the designs in our Model Homes? If too many decisions are overwhelming for you, a Designer Series home may be a fit for you.
These homes are planned and designed by the Covenant Design team whose designs you love! All the selections and decisions are taken care of.
You just need to know when to bring your stuff to move in!

Signature Series
This is our most popular option!
With a Signature Series home, you start with one of our Signature Home Plans and can pick and choose optional features to add to make the floorplan meet your families needs.
You’ll then go through the Selections Process with a Covenant Designer here in our Design Center and your new home will be brought to life by the Construction Team. *The Signature Series homes have a typical build time frame of around 12 months.
Custom Series
By the name of this series, a Custom Series home is fully CUSTOMIZABLE head to toe.
This is the most elaborate and intense process in our series of homes. You’ll meet with an Architect to design your Home Plan, you’ll have a Covenant Designer guiding you through the Selections Process which can be more lengthy than in the Signature Series as you’ll likely be visiting vendor showrooms, and the Construction Process is also much lengthier due to several factors that are associated with these Custom Series homes.
There is no specific build time for these homes as everything is done from scratch and takes much more time to create.
Signature Floor Plans
The Grayson
For families who love to entertain guests, The Grayson provides the ultimate experience. The 2-story floor plan has a 5 BR, 4 BA design, including a 1st floor guest suite separate from the primary suite, a mudroom, chef’s kitchen and loft space. Your in-laws are sure to be impressed.
